My low end system is currently using my trusty Seasonic M12 620W Bronze Rated, I have bought it brand new in 2017 and still using it now, never had any problems and my whole system is plugged on a UPS then to a surge protector socket, power on where I live is unreliable plenty of low voltages and power surges and interruptions. My current PC does not consume much. Planning to replace it with either a :

1. Cooler Master MWE v2 Bronze 650W
2. MSI Mag A650BM Bronze 650W
3. Corsair CV Bronze 650W

Specs:
i3-9100F
Gigabyte Aorus Gaming B360M
2x8GB 2666Mhz Elite Group
Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070
500GB Kingston S2000 NVME
4x3.5" HDD (9TB Storage), too much yeah I know.
Seasonic M12 Bronze 620W (since 2017)

My PC is old but I kinda like using my PC parts until it broke or obsolete, I started with a Core2Duo E7400>i3-2500>G4560>i3-9100F, I am not much of a gamer. I only play 1080p 60hz.

A UPS and a surge protector are generally not recommended -- https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA158852/
What benefit do you believe you will get by replacing your power supply ?

Your current psu is fine, and appropriate for your graphics card.
While the seasonic is old, it is of good quality and apparently is working w/o issue.
Replacing a working unit with a similar sized unit does not make much sense to me.

It is the graphics card that demands the most power.
I would wait until you upgrade your graphics card.
When you do, look only for a quality unit with at least a 7 year warranty.
And look for a unit with the current atx3.0 capability.
Other than cost, there is no negative to an overly strong psu. I might think 850w would be right, depending on the gpu you might consider in the future.

your current seasonic unit is of better quality than all 3 potential replacements you have listed .
either keep your old unit or get some better and more powerful unit
which will be suitable for your future build so the upgrade will make sense .

for your current system you don´t need more powerful unit though .
gtx 1070 only draws below 200w while gaming
and power draw of i3 is so low it´s not even worth mentionig .

upgrading to a 6 core cpu might be a better idea if you can find it for cheap ,
normally i would suggest an 8 core cpu but
your motherboard doesn´t have good enough VRM to handle it properly .
gtx 1070 is still fine for recreational 60Hz 1080p gaming and older titles.
