I am wondering if i need to buy cables or if there already are cables. If i need to buy them which to buy and where to buy them?

Also im not that much in to PCs. So if there is a smarter/cheaper way to do this please write 😛

Solution
typically you will receive cables with the motherboard, SSD, Fans, PSU. Maybe with the fans. High end mobo's usually come with a lot of spare things, but I usually still run short of SATA cables(but I max out the sata ports every time on every machine I own.

check the included items and make sure you have enough power/control cables for fans, power cables for the GPU's, SATA cables, and the display cables for the ports your GPU's have AND your monitors support. should be listed what each comes with. Sometimes mine don't come with the exact type of cables/adapters I want(though usually GPU's and Mobo have a couple types between them)
No HDD? Cables will come with the parts. Changed your build to make it better 😉

I've never run out of the things but I have like 10 spares floating around. Most motherboards come with two, in my experience.

You do not need to buy any cables unless of course you want custom colored cables.... before you pull the trigger tho, consider ....

1. I'd grab the Swiftech H240-X over the 280L and save $50 for a better unit.
http://www.swiftech.com/h240x2.aspx

2. Make sure that the $490 Gaming G1 is giving you something that you need that the $200 GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 doesn't offer.

3. Case choice is primarily an aesthetics thing but from a performance / air flow / cable routing perspective, I'd consider the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe / w/ Phanteks market leading fans ...

4. Phanteks fans come in 1st / Corsair AF 8th and 9th (also w/ Blue LEDs)

5. 1200 watts is oversized. This 1050 Snow has 10 / 10 build quality / performance ratings and super quiet FDB fans. We use 850 watter for moderate overclocking, 1050s for aggressive overcloicking w/ water cooling.

6. One of the best things about an expensive motherboard is the number of fan headers. By usingt he Sentry 2, you are abandoning all that fine technology that lets you automatically control fans based upon technology and replacing it with something that has you dialing knobs whenever your load changes ... a significant step down. The Luxe comes with a built in fan hub that lets you control up to 11 3 pin DCV fans off of a single fan header.... and once diled in, you'll never have to turn a knob to change fan speed.

7. With all that other high end components, the one thing that stands out of the memory speed as not being quite up to the level of the rest. 3000 is a sweet spot

2400 ~ $60
2666 ~ $62
2800 ~ $70
3000 ~ $65 Corsair Vengeance http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233863
3200 ~ $83
3333 ~ $95

3600 ~ $125

Is this build then fine? (thanks for the massive help!):
