So I own R9 280x, and I just got new monitor that supports AMD Freesync. Since my GPU wont support freesync, I'm thinking of buying new GPU that supports freesync.
So I found this open boxed GPU from local store, it is Diamond Radeon R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 512 bit, single fan. (it looks like
