Should i buy gtx 1080 for 340£ when pc isn't built

So i recently started saving up to build my own pc and thought to buy it part by part over the course of 3 months.I then decided to buy it all in April as i will have enough money then and there is no point in having computer parts and no working computer just sitting around my room in the mean time.Yesterday my friend offered me his gtx 1080 zotac for 340£ its been used for around a year and seems fine,should i purchase it now and then the rest in April(3 months time) or just wait untill April comes and buy everything in one big haul.(So basically is that a good price,or will it go lower in a couple months).

That is not a low enough price to buy it now -- just look through Ebay UK and that is not a great price even now. You will do better in April unless he wants to drop it to say 275 or less.
