Should I buy new cas + PSU and liquid coolong or just PSU?

I have then chance to buy a aerocool ls-5200 case+ aerocool vx-600 PSU and LIKAI 240 water cooling system for like 240 usd or, just buy a sasonic focus gold 650 W PSU for 160 USD. I need to update my PC as its pretty old but I am urging to change the PSU because its falling and I cant play anything. Which one should I buy (my actual Zalman Z3 casi is working fine but is a little rusted in the front panel)

Case Zalman Z3, GTX 670 GPU (I know That is my second priority to update), AMD Fx 8200 CPU, gigabyte GA-78LMT motherboard, 2* 4GB corsair RAM

what is the price for Corsair CX550M or CX550? Or TX550M?
For case, I will try to find Cooler Master/Corsair/NZXT/Phantek/Fractal Design.
