should i buy the i7-4790k or wait for the i7-5790k?

i can get this i7-4790k but i dont know weather to get that or wait for the release of a i7-5790k?

i dont know when the i7-5790k is coming out but if anyone knows just let me know k

broadwell the next cpus from intel should be coming soon, maybe a month or two, but end of this year Q4 its expected to see skylake on lga 1151, with a new chipset and use ddr4. So either get the 4790k as broadwell is just a manufacturing shrink from hasewell, so no performance gain, just temps, etc, no real reason to wait for it. If u wait for skylake might as well wait and continue waiting as the newest thing will always be on the front door of releasing with leaks.

If u dont mind waiting to see what broadwell brings, then it probably isnt a long wait, but skylake should bring ddr4 if u want a new platform instead of using the same socket for hasewell and ddr3. Or get a 1150 motherboard and wait to see what broadwell is for a easy upgrade upon release, it matters on what ur using now and what ur doing on how long u can stand waiting lol
