Should i buy the MSI GTX 1050 TI 4GT OC or EVGA GTX 1050 TI SC GAMING

Hi everybody
Should i buy the MSI 1050 TI 4GT OC or the EVGA 1050 TI SC?
The MSI has two fans, but the EVGA has a little faster clock and memory speed. So, wich one do you think i should buy? (And no, i'm not gonna wait for AMD vega)

Both would give identical performance , the dual fan MSI would be much quiet at load , than the single fan eVGA
with 2 fans you could get much stable OC than the evga , If you intent to OC
