Question Should i buy this $100 4k monitor

Saw someone selling a samsung ur55 for $100.
He said that this monitor has 4 borders that has a problem.

What do you guys think, should i buy it?

The monitor itself retails for a little over 200 dollars. If you are looking for a basic monitor for web browsing, I would spring for a brand new one. If you are looking for a gaming monitor, this would not be a good investment, as it only has a 60Hz refresh rate and low response times. Hope this helped, take care.
