Should I buy this computer?

I have been wanting to buy a gaming PC for a long time now, but funds have always been tight for me, So I have been looking for a computer that gives good "bang for your buck". I do prefer to buy a pre-built PC if possible and have been looking at a PC from iBUYPOWER. It's specs are:

It is currently Priced at $658 from Walmarts online store. I am wondering if this is a good investment. I am hoping to use this instead of a PS4 as long as it will be just as good/superior.
