should i buy used gpu online?

Is erodov a trusted site? I have seen one msi r9 280x 3gb selling for expected price rs. 14000 which is about 55-60% of the original price. I want to know should i purchase for the site or look somewhere else? Also I don't have enough money to buy new r9 280x. Any other recommended good affordable gpu's? And is seasonic s12ii 520w or corsair cx 600w is enough for r9 280x?
I think both are quite good psu's. Need some suggestion here.

That doesn't change the fact that you won't have any guarantee if there's damage yes or no..

Be careful there, some warranties are not transferable, worse yet some warranties are not valid unless bought through an authorized vendor.

R7 series is good enough to play latest games like cod aw, dying light etc. on 1920x1080 or 1600x900 or should i go for r9 270x? R7 270x can handle latest games at above resolution right? or should i wait and collect more money and go for r9 280x? Was waiting really worth it for r9 280x?

8gb ddr3 ram
HDD seagate 1TB 7200 rpm
I'm quite new to gaming, need suggestion. Also, I cannot upgrade my processor currently but I'll do that about in a year.

I've read on internet that Powercolor are not that good, they are known for their cheap and affordable price. There are always suggestions that either one should go for Sapphire, Asus, msi or Gigabyte or maybe xfx?

Well I bought it base don specs and reviews, and both looked very promising..

"INSTALLATION, super easy. This card is shorter than other r9 270 cards so it is easier to install in most cases.

DRIVER SETUP, super easy. There was none. My Mother's new rig is windows 8.1. This card was instantly recognized, and new drivers downloaded. One minute later is was pushing a 4K monitor at full resolution and 60HZ off its Display Port. My DUAL GTX480 SLI setup can't do that.

CAPABILTY, impressive, best for the money I have found. I was playing RAGE in medium-low settings on 3840X2160@60hz, the native resolution of the U28D590D to which it is attached via DP. To be sure, the game output was not perfect, there were momentary artifacts at the edges of the screen caused by mousing left and right quickly. But we are talking 4X 1080p resolution here and the game was certainly very playable and likable. As long as there are no issues in the future, this was a great find.

OVERALL, if you can find the same deal I found, there is no other card that can touch this one. So unless you are a gamer that needs absolute top-notch, this could be the card for you."
