Is there any reason to buy Windows 10 over Windows 11?

I'm getting ready to get my gaming PC built and below is a list of my parts if it helps.

Cooler Master Mastercase H500 RGB Mesh Front Air Intake

ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) ATX Motherboard with PCIe 4.0

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3rd Generation 12-core, 24 Thread, 3.8 GHz unlocked CPU

Scythe Fuma 2 Air Cooler

EVGA Super XC Ultra Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 3.0

Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 1TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD

Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD

Samsung EVO 2TB SATA III SSD (For gameplay recordings and video editing)

G.SKILL Trident Z Neo (For AMD Ryzen) Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin RGB DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C16Q-32GTZNC - CAS Latency 16

Corsair RMX Series RM750x

I hope you're getting the above parts for a cheap price since they're dated for 2023, yes they can hold their ground but in 2023 you might want to look into the Ryzen 5000 series. You should look into Windows 11 since that's what the direction for an OS should be. You can still stick to Windows 10 but that support will end by 2025, so that's about 1.6 years from now.

I'd vote Windows 11.

I don't have any qualms about your build (it's better than mine). And after having been a W10 hanger-oner for quite some time, I finally upgraded to W11 sometime back. So far, I've never looked back. In fact I've upgraded most of my newer machines to W11.

At this point, there's not much reason not to migrate to Windows 11, if you can. Windows 10 is already on life support. It will only be receiving security updates, until it EoL's in 2025. Windows 11 will be receiving both security updates, and feature updates.
