Should I change any parts in this build?

I need some suggestions about my build.

First, I need to stay under $1400.

My case is the Corsair Vengeance C70.

My motherboard is the Asus x99 Deluxe (not deluxe II).

My cpu is the i7-5820k.

My ssd is the SAMSUNG 850 PRO 128GB SATA III.

My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit.

My CD/DVD drive is Samsung SH-224FB/BSBE

My GPU is ASUS GeForce GTX 950 2GB

My ram is HyperX FURY 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Desktop Memory Model HX421C14FB/8

My heat sink is Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes RR-T4-18PK-R1

My extra fans are APEVIA AF212S-BK 120mm 4pin & 3pin Silent Black Case Fan (2-pk)$

My PSU is the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR 80+

Yeah what is this for? For a workstation build its okay if a bit expensive for the parts your using, but for gaming not so much.

I am using it for coding ALOT! Gaming (minecraft) and Hosting servers.

Not a bad build for that then. You might be able to use a cheaper PSU since you only need about 350 watts and use the extra money for a 16 GB kit of RAM.

How many watts?

A good quality 350 or larger PSU would be fine. The GTX 950 only requires around 90 watts, the CPU, 140 watts. The rest of your system will only be using another 20 or 30 watts still leaving you plenty of headroom. Corsair has the new CX450M, which looks to be a good value.

It's plenty for Minecraft at 1080p. If you wanted to play newer triple A titles, I would suggest a GTX 1060 or RX 480.

This will probably put you over budget, but it's clocked higher than others and has good cooling.

Swap the 950 Pro for a regular SATA SSD like the PNY CS 1311 or OCZ 150 Trion and use the PSU I linked above and you should be able to move up to the 1060. You can always by using a cheaper case, too, since it doesn't really affect performance
