I am building a budget PC for my grandmother and need a little advice on if I should go with 2gb or 4GB of ram. It will be a 120GB Solid State Drive, so not a lot of space for VRAM. They would not be performing any super-memory intensive tasks... just light web browsing (maybe 2-3 tabs open at the same time), Microsoft Office, and watching videos/pictures... Should I go with 2 or 4 GB of Ram (It will be DDR3)?

4GB is the minimum I would suggest for Windows 7/8 installations. 8GB is the standard I usually install. The extra $30-$40 is worth the investment. Typically Windows 7/8 will use 2GB of RAM for basic operation, and running MS-Office or 2-3 tabs of web browsing will hit 4GB.
