Should I clean install or upgrade windows 10 ?

I have about 110gb worth of games and i really dont want to download them all again. If i upgrade will everything be running okay ?

This is my opinion, and its based off of my past experiences professionally.

I would do a clean install and just back up important files.
When Vista came out and you could upgrade to 7, I had many problems with the installation files not being put where they were supposed to be. The MBR would sometimes stick, and sometimes I would have issues with system files from both operating systems conflicting. I ALWAYS do a clean install. The upgrade is almost a clean install, but there are some things they don't do to save time and make it more user friendly.
Are you using Origin or Steam?
If so, you can create a separate partition or back them up. Then just transfer them back after you do your upgrade/install.
I have a spare hard drive I keep my games on.

You must first do an upgrade to Windows to get the activated key for Windows 10. So do the upgrade and download the clean install ISO even if you don't want to do the clean install but in case you need to do a in emergency installation.
