Should I crossfire?

I am thinking about when I finish my build, upgrading my PSU and then buying another GPU (the same one), and cross firing them, is it worth it? or should I just buy a new GPU all together.

Although I don't know enough details, I generally recommend against it. Scaling is generally not great, and additional problems like microstutter surface.

I think you need to take care of some of the other components first. A new PSU is a good start but throwing in another 4GB of RAM would be a good idea. If you were to crossfire I think your CPU would start to hold you back, look into grabbing a 8320 or 8350 and maybe an aftermarket CPU cooler.

I wouldn't crossfire with the 270.

A single 290x can outperform a 270 crossfire setup.

I would pick up a 970. It is more expensive, but if you sell or return (if possible) the current 270, you can pick it up for a decent price vs 2x 270.

Yes, 430w isn't enough to really do either setup.
