Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I would, yes, delete all partitions then click on Next, the installer will create all necessary partitions(provided you don't have any important data on any of the larger drive partitions). Before you go ahead and delete said partitions, do you have any and/or all critical data backed up from your laptop's HDD? I'm assuming an HDD since the capacity looks like a 500GB drive.

Might I ask where you source the installer for your OS?

Unless you have other considerations, Yes.
Delete ALL, and continue.

I see thanks i'll do it tomorrow bcoz i cancelled the Installation for now, i was afraid of the msr, recovery partition
I dont get what you meant by "where you source the installer for your os"
Iam using a pendrive
And yes its a hdd, i dont have anything in the 147 gb drive(its totally free) but in the 317 gb drive (where the os is installed), i have most of its data backed up on g. drive but there are still some data that i want to check and see if something i can backup but i cant bcoz my os is currently showing BSOD right after the Dell boot logo and sometimes showing "your pc couldn’t start properly"
Its been over an hour and iam still watching a lot of youtube videos to try fixing it but none is working, heres the img - https://send.cm/a/4W0
