Should I disable Intel Turbo Boost 3.0 after setting a manual overclock?

I am relatively new to overclocking, several months ago I set all cores on my 7820x to 4.5 Ghz, however, I still let the intel turbo boost 3.0 run in the background, should I disable it? Does it have any impact whatsoever?

When you overclock the chip the CPU is no longer using turbo as you have changed the frequency multiplier. There is nothing you need to do.
