I just bouhgt a R5 5600 non X - I want to replace it with my old CPU R5 2600 should I do something before replacing it or just do it
P.S : Pray for me that I won't screw up the old CPU pins while switching

So it looks like your motherboard is a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite V2 running BIOS Version F63 that supports Ryzen 5000 so it should work for the new CPU. Reset CMOS before starting it up after replacing the CPU. Do not try to use any stored BIOS settings profiles, instead create all new ones for the new CPU.

While F63 supports there is a version F64b which would be a good idea to update to after the upgrade. The reason is AGESA updates that have fixed several problems with Ryzen 5000 CPU's, in particular USB drop outs and as well fTPM issues affecting audio on some systems.
