Should i enable Asus optimal settings in bios?

Hi guys i'm wondering if it's safe to change my current settings in bios from normal to asus optimal mode? Well i benifit more from it?

My rigs spec are:

i5 4460 with cooler master xdream i117
asus b85 pro gamer board
3x4gb hyperx 1866
gtx 960 turbo edition
1tbhdd
silverstone 600w 80+bronze

'Normal' and 'Optimal' are pretty much the same thing. Tho 'optimal' may be geared towards compatibility ,somewhere or other.
If the machine is running 'fine' under 'normal' changing will not make any noticeable difference.
The only 'tweaking' that works with a locked Haswell i5 is actually to leave everything alone and change the performance profile in bios to
'Performance'.
Its worth about 1.6 %, if you care.
Benchmark if you think I'm telling porkies.
Temps go up a bit more than that,...

I just enabled it sir, i noticed high cpu temps when playing my gta v it was 56-61 C, before it was 49-52, it increases temp damn, i should go back to normal 😀
