Should I get 3 1080p monitors or 1 1440p

Hi guys I am promised to get a gaming pc i want by my birthday (June 2017) by my father ive managed to get the computer of nearly 2000 dollars set up and i have nearly 370 dollars to spend on a monitor. I can fit in one 1440p monitor or 3 1080p monitors. I dont really need the multitasking cuz i own an imac mid 2011 and also my dads old pc with a 1080p 60 hz monitor because I make vids. So the old monitor is what I will use for multitasking. I play games such as GTA 5, Minecraft, Subnautica, Civ 6 and more. My pc will have a 1070 and a 6700k.

It depends, do you want a higher resolution experience on 1 monitor or do you want to be able to game on 3. Alot of the games you have listed are single player so you might not benefit as much from three monitors in these games as much as you would in multiplayer

I am also looking to play other games such as battlefield 3 and the new for honour game. I also need this for my youtube channel so i will be playing the games my audience tells me to play

I'd say 1 1440p and 1 1080p. 3 monitors will generate way too much heat (i use 3 benq monitors in surround and can only be in my room for like 2 hours before it gets too hot.
