Should i get a 1080?

So I am going to buy a new GPU soon and I was wondering if a 1080 was a good choice with my specs or will anything bottleneck?

My pc specs:
motherboard: Gigabyte AB350 gaming 3
cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 1700x
ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB 2400MHz
psu: Cooler Master B700 VER.2

Games I am gonna play: CSGO, PUBG, The Witcher 3, Watch Dogs 2 and Arma 3 to just name a few.

Yes! Your processor is very fast. It will not bottleneck for years. It will work beautifully.

If 1080p 144Hz monitor, 1070 is good enough.
If 1440p 144Hz, 1080 is a must
1700X can do ~100 FPS in many games, some CPU intensive or poorly-optimized games may dip to ~60
