Should I get a 32 or 64 bit OS?

I would like to know what, if any, differences there are between the 32 and 64 bit windows 8 operating systems. I know the 32 bit has certain limitations but i am not sure how big of an imnpact they will have in real world situations. I will be doing serious gaming, some video editing, coding and the usual browsing and school work on it. my specs are:

Agreed. I know with win7 the 32bit OS will still be able to run the old 16bit installers while the 64bit one won't. I don't know if this is true with win8. But it doesn't matter as you have 8GBs of ram. If you want that much, you have to use the 64bit OS.
