Should I get a aftermarket cooler? (read description)

I live in a hot area in Australia (central QLD) and it has high UV. It can reach up to 40 degrees and I'm scared that my PC will just get too hot. I'm thinking to add up to 7 (my case support it) fans. I'm thinking of getting a aftermarket cooler too. What do you guys think?

I know of someone who's had their motherboard fried from it being too hot in her home.. One thing to be aware of it... having lots of fans means lots of noise.. so be prepared for that unless you use a headset.

Well, even if your PC doesn't get too hot I'd still say that an aftermarket cooler is worth it either way. Aftermarket coolers are normally quieter than the stock cooler and do a better job of cooling the processor. Also, 7 fans is probably overkill. You'd probably be fine with the fan setup that comes with the case. For the aftermarket cooler I'd recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

To be honest, more case fans will probably have less of an effect on your temps and make more noise than simply getting an aftermarket cooler. In addition, it will probably be more expensive. Just keep in mind that not everything on here is good so you should do some research before going ahead and buying it.
