Question Should I get a GT 1030 or an R7 260x??

Currently I have a used gt1030 and an r7 260x in my local market.
Both will cost like 25 USD.
Which one should I get?
I have a 500W-PSU, which is really old.
I ar worried about the psu usage mainly as R7-needs 130W and GT significantly needs only 30W
I surely dont want to buy a new PSu just to run the GPU.

27A @12v is nowhere near 450w. This unit is garbage. It might work, but the question is for how long.

Given it's a PSU that can be bought for the equivalent of $10 USD, I'd be uneasy about using it with *any* GPU. If the PC is actually running, I'd leave it alone and not do anything that results in more power draw.

just be sure that the GT 1030 for sale is a GDDR5 version. Don't buy if it's the DDR4 version.
