Are you comfortable with a custom build, because with the 760 already purchased, you could build a killer pc with around $800.00. You'd have to put it together though. It's really pretty easy and straight forward. What do you think?
 
I don't really have another windows license and another install disc, I will be using the computer for mostly gaming and probably record videos too (I MAYBE recording vids, I'm not entirely sure)

Solution
If you choose to buy another zotac 760, be sure to buy the exact same one you already have. The PSU I picked will easily run two 760s in sli. Keep in mind, two 760s will outperform one 780. An amazing upgrade!
