Should I get an aftermarket CPU Cooler?

I am currently using the stock intel cooler for my CPU.

I have the i7 4790k(http://) and it usually floats around the high 30's to mid 40's around idle or just when I'm browsing around.

When I am gaming, however, it will rise to the 60's and even the very low 70's. I've been told that those temperature are normal, but I just want to be safe.

My budget would be around $50-70 if I were to buy one.

Thanks for the advice in advance.

I would get a Cooler Master Hyper Evo:

http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1420183099&sr=8-1&keywords=cooler+master+hyper+212+evo

I have a couple of these, but as I recall I only spent between $29 and $39 for them a few years ago, on sale of course. Even if you're not worried about overheating, this thing will run quieter than your stock cooler, and of course it will lower your temps quite a bit when gaming. It's a tall cooler, so just be sure your case is deep enough to fit it. It barely fits in the two desktop cases I have it installed in (my desktop and my home server). I have it on an i7-3770 and an i7-4770k. Amazing how much cooling you can get for around $30!

I have the Corsair Graphite 730T.

I usually prefer to purchase from Newegg. That fan is out of stock atm. Whats the difference between the 212 EVO and the 212 Plus? Also, I do not know where to purchase the necessary items to remove the thermal paste, nor which one to purchase.

These are the items I've picked out:

Cooler: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005O65JXI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
99% Isopropyl: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001B5JT8C/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Microfiber Cleaning Cloth: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EVY2SKG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Also, does the Cooler Master CPU Cooler come with its own Thermal Paste?

Would appreciate some feedback on my choices.

Alright, thanks for the responses. I'm guessing I should look on Youtube first on how to install the CM 212 Evo first. I'm fairly sure I have plenty of room for the fan, i think. I have a Full Tower case and I have cables neatly tucked in the back panel. I'll look up some videos first to see how it looks on mobos first, I guess.

Love to pick both of your responses as solutions, but I sadly cannot do that.
