Should I get more fps?

Hello good people.
I have i5 2400, r7 240 2gb ddr3, 4gb ram ddr3 and i have only 90-150 fps on cs:go 1024x768 all on low. Only playable on 800x600. I feel like i should get more with this configuration? My launch settings are: -threads 4 -nod3d9ex -novid -high . Any ideas or this is max for my pc?

Thats what I would expect with that specs, even though I am not too experienced with CSGO. 4 GB is a bit limiting, and so is that GPU. Try updating drivers?

well...people with worse configurations have even better fps so... :/
