Should I get new CPU or a new GPU?

I was thinking of getting a 4690K and a ASRock Z97Pro4 to replace a 78LMT-S2P and FX4100.
But I was wondering if I should instead replace my XFX HD7770 with a 4G R9 380.

Solution

Oh, ok. Sorry lol. I don't know that 200 pounds is more than $200, but you guys also have a bigger import tax, I am not to sure how much it really equates to. But is know the R9 380 is a very good card. Get the 4 GB version, it is like $10 more, so like a little under seven pounds, than the 2 GB version. And it costs less than the 4 GB version of the GTX 960, and the performance between the two depends on the game. And also the Rx 3xx series is new, so optimization will improve with those cards.

OK then. What one should I do first. Since I also plan on getting a new case and PSU and I need a new MOBO.

Yeah, that is a good GPU, unless you are trying to run Shadow of Mordor on Ultra with ultra high res textures on something, then it is your CPU.

I am looking at a sub £200 GPU with 4G of ram.
A case shorter than 44cm which is less than £50.
For mobo a maximum of £115 in the matx form.
For PSU I am looking at the CX 500.
For the CPU I would like to try to keep it below £100.

Can you suggest a mobo that can overclock a FX6300 but is fairly cheap.
