should i get the evga gtx 960 with 2gb gddr5, 4gb of gddr5(+50$), or go the extra mile and get the gtx 70 for a good bit more?

I am mainly wondering because i am building my first rig and i want longevity with a somewhat of a budget, i mean i plan on gettin the i7 processor that is 4.0ghz so i am not tooo limited on the budget side of things.
