Should I get the LG IPS 23EA63V-P?

I've seen this monitor at my local store and it looks pretty good. I need a new monitor for my PC and I was wondering if this is the right choice. I'll use it for gaming and web browsing. What about ghosting and blacklight bleeding? Are these serious problems with this monitor?

It is not a serious problem but you can get the ASUS VS239H-P
