Question Should I get the RX 590 or wait and build a new system?

So I have a 7850 finally die on me about a month and a half ago. I am debating on whether to replace it with a RX 590 (which I can do now) or wait and build a new system (probably not until September).

My current CPU is an i5-3450 with Windows 7. My monitor supports 1440p at 144hz. Will that be a bottleneck? Currently my main game is World of Warcraft and Neverwinter (but I have that one the console so no deal breaker there). Any thoughts are welcome.

It will run fine in that setup , but I would save for a core upgrade: Board\CPU\DDR4 Memory.

I don't think the i5 will bottleneck just be thankful you don't have FX-8320 like me lol. RX 590 prices seem to be all over the place so if you can find a good deal i'd say go for it especially that blue Sapphire card which is my favorite looking GPU.
