option 2. you may want to get a caviar blue drive 1tb for 55$ if you think you may run out of room.
or switch the samsung 840 evo with a crucial mx100 256gb for 108$

Defenetly the second option, because the i5 4690k is one of the best gaming CPUs

I'd go option 2 but take the mobo from option 1, wouldn't touch MSI mobos with their poor QC

 

[Rationale]

I'd honestly go with option 1, assuming you plan to replace that Pentium eventually. Overclocked it'll hold up pretty well for the moment, and since all the other parts in build 1 are higher quality, it'll last a lot longer when you eventually replace the Pentium.
