Should I get z97 pro or hero for overclocking,gaming, rendering and etc. they have same price in amazon

I got the hero because it looks cooler.

Both are very good boards so what matters is what you do with it.
Gaming, overclock focus: Hero
Digital design, rendering: Z97 PRO

You can still overclock and play games well with the PRO, or use rendering/design software with the Hero, but each has their focus in their builds.

The PRO has the 5-way optimization and 12+ phases and has Sata express, the Hero has 8+2 phases and only M.2.
If you want more features for your cash, get the PRO.
