I want to get a new build, and I was wondering is it worth upgrading to a DDR5 or should I wait for a while.

And I'd like to know what is the best integrated gpu for playing games like CS2 and D2

Aren't really any DDR5 CPUs with good integrated graphics at the moment. HD770 from Intel and RDNA2 onboard Ryzen 7000. These are capable of light gaming and esports titles at competitive settings. CS2, maybe 60 FPS slightly in favor of AMD.

You could perhaps look towards AMDs Z1 family of mobile processors which has an iGPU 4 times the size of the desktop parts available now.

As for DDR5 itself, it has come down enough in price for reasonable price/performance. So if you want to build a Ryzen 7600 or i3/i5 system with DDR5 that is fine, but I would probably invest in a low end GPU.

Worth is something only YOU can determine.

What are the parts you have now?
Would you be trying to reuse any?

For fast action gaming, you are probably better off with a low cost discrete graphics card.

If you're building a completely new custom build, then maybe, why not for the future just go with DDR5 if you just have the budget. I recently built a new PC with DDR5 although I cannot say I see any difference between DDR4 and DDR5 in terms of performance because well my PC anyways can run games high fps no matter the RAM.
