should i install amd chipset drivers ?

So i have AMD processor with Nvidia Graphic card. I just install Nvidia Drivers, but should i install amd chipset drivers ?

Yes, you probably should. The chipset drivers are for the CPU/motherboard, which (obviously) are AMD. nVidia's drivers are just for the GPU.
