Should I overclock a Factory R9 360?

Guys. I recently bought a computer from staples. Yeah, I didn't make my own, don't bash me for that.

Specs:
I7-6700
R9 360
2tb HDD
8gb Ram

So. as you see, the gpu is bottlenecking the cpu. With amd overdrive settings I can overclock my gpu, the R9 360. I haven't touched anything as it is a factory oem card atm. Should I overclock it, if so at what settings? Heres how the settings look:

if you do not understand or know about overclocking leave it alone I would or use msi overclocker and just up the core frequency 50Mhz

at the Global overdrive tab. increase the Power limit by to 10% and increase the GPU Clock until it becomes unstable then lower it back to the last stable point 😛 make sure to keep an eye on the tempratures. you can use Heaven/Valley Benchmark to test if its stable or not
