My specs: Intel pentium CPU G3258 @ 3.20GHz, 4 GB RAM, AMD Radeon r7 260x sapphire.

So i just finished dark souls 2 after getting a new pc and i've ran it on low so i dont get fps drops.

Now i'm looking to play something else, i want to try watch dogs or far cry 4 or something but i dont know if i can run it and i dont want to play it on very low and being afraid of fps drops. I dont really care about graphics but i do care about fps and i always notice when it drops and i hate it.

I dont know much about overclocking or can i even do it on my specs but i'd like to improve my fps...

Can you people tell me can i do it and should i do it and some tips or something?

Can you guys tell me if i should do it and some tips or something?

Solution
Overclocking your CPU will not have an impact on the fps
I would rather swap that GPU or at least overclock it with msi afterburner
Also the 4GB of ram will not be helpful in WatchDogs unless you play lowest settings 800x600

The CPU is good enough but the GPU is not as good
I would sell it and add a bit of money to perhaps get the r9 270x or a 750ti

Solution
As said above hes right now you wont be able to play far cry 4 it requires a 4 CORE CPU YOU HAVE A DUAL CORE read about it all over the net... There is a hack out there but its full of malware and virus if you go that route UBISOFT has no care in the world to make a patch for it so get a better gpu as said above .

I bought this few weeks ago and i most certainly dont have any money to buy something even more expensive :)

Thanks anyway.
