Should I Overclock More? GTX 1080 and i7 8700k

Hey, I use my computer for gaming and some moderate editing use. I use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing. Anyways, just wondering if I increase my overclock how much I can/should for a good stability/performance trade off. I currently have my GTX 1080 overclocked 125 Mhz to 1683Mhz. My i7 8700k is overclocked to 4.5 GHz. My CPU cooler is a cryorig H7. My motherboard is a Z370 Pc Pro. I would like it to last reliably for at least 3 years so I don't want to go too extreme.

  ■ don't OC if you plan to use 3 to 5 years more.
  ■ @ 4.5GHz photoshop already fast enough even with heaviest filters on dozens of layers/masks
  ■ https://www.nvidia.com/object/adobe-photoshop-cc.html AFAIK is CUDA cores count over GPU clock speed
