H110i GTX
GTX 1070 MSI GamingX8gb
Corsair RM650x

Should I overclock or not? The PSU is enough?

So one more question, So If I put DSR 4k resolution in a 1080p native monitor it's like you're gaming with a 4k monitor? or It's just gonna smooth the edges like anti aliasing do? Thanks probably gonna stick to stock speed to maintain efficiency of the gpu and cpu
