Question Should I overclock?

At 4ghz on cinebench on a ryzen 5 2600, I am on 70C. Cinebench is a benchmark, and at the time my testing was bad. Anyway, I have a hyper 212 evo.

Gtx 1070
Ryzen 5 2600
Cooler master hyper 212 evo
An MSI motherboard that is x470 but I forgot what it was called
G.Skill 8gb ram at 2400mhz overclocked to 2733 mhz. I forgot the model name.
500W EVGA power supply.

Also, im at 1.3625 volts. My motherboard doesn't allow base clock overclocking, and it doesn't let me use 1.36 volts. It's unstable at 1.35. It's also locked at 1.3625 volts. Sadly, I don't know how to not make it locked.
