[SOLVED] Should I pair an i7-6700K with a 3060 or a 3060 Ti ?

Intel i7-6700K 4.0Ghz
EVGA GQ 650W 80 Plus Gold
32gb Ram

So my question is simply this,
Would my old i7 work better with the 3060 12gb version or the 3060 ti.Is it worth shelling out the 200euros more the ti costs.
I have a 4k monitor but i play at 1440 usually as my also old GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB GDDR5 cant handle anything more.

As fast as you can get if your doing 1440p so 3060 Ti for me. Love the 6700K but you would benefit from more with a 3060 going forward.

Nothing wrong with the 6700k, just start overclocking.

In games where the limiting factor is the cpu the only difference is the 3060Ti will allow you to run higher game settings at the same fps.
