Should I put my PSU with the fan facing up or down in my case?

I want to put it up because I have LEDs on my fan for my PSU, but I don't know if I should face it down because I've heard that it creates dust and such and that it's not as good to do this. Does it really matter? In most builds I see it with the fan facing up, but I don't know what to do.

Solution
Usually faces down if you have a grill to vent at the bottom of the case , as in this setup.

Should be mounted like this in the Corsair Case.
Generally PSU fans are designed to exhaust the hot air away from the PSU. It is recommended to face the fan towards the nearest open vent in the case, and not towards your other components.

So face it down? But the thing that bugs me about that is that the logo on the side would be upside down and my OCD just goes off when I'd see that.

I am going to be having mine on my desk so it won't overheat on my carpet, and so that I will be able to see its beauty 😀
