[SOLVED] Should I replace my PSU or keep

The 6+2pin cables are used to attach PCIe devices like GPUs. Sometimes your motherboard will use one of the 6+2pin cables as well for extra power, but that is typically on high end motherboards. The 6+2pin cable means it has 8 usable pins (plug in points) if your GPU requires an 8pin adapter, but 2 pins are able to be easily slid off to the side if you only need 6 pins. If you are worried about the not having enough connections, go with the 650W PSUs as those come with more cables. All of the PSUs listed are Fully Modular so you only have to attach the cables that you need and don't have a mess of extra cables lying around inside your case.

Will the PSU blow up in the near future...probably not. Can you get a far better PSU that will last for a decade and be more efficient Yes.

There are a lot of better PSUs out there and they aren't hard to change. The only annoying part of changing a PSU is rerunning the power cables. What is your budget and what country do you live in?
I live in USA and don’t really have a budget as of right now. Is there a certain PSU I would need to connect all my components or are all PSU have the same cables.

I’m still confused when you say the pins so does it matter which amount I need or do I have to check my motherboard. I just want whatever my old PSU possibly has so its easy to retrace my steps to replace the PSU
