I have found out that Gigabyte has rubbish RMA process compared to Evga, should i return my Gigabyte card for the Evga one? I bought from Scan.co.uk.

I f you can do so without losing any money, go for it. I was looking at RMA info for gpu's and EVGA has one of the best. The are fast, cheap, and act on it. I bought an EVGA PSU and GPU.

Are you currently having problems with your card? Even if EVGA had the World's Greatest RMA process... it's still possible that your replacement card could be the "one" that gives you the most trouble. You should give your current card at least a week to see how it performs. If you don't have any problems popping up then it's fairly safe to conclude the card will function propely.
