Question Should I source the Chipset Driver from the MSI mobo website or from AMD ?

I usually download it from AMD because they're newer, but now the mobo manufacturer has released a newer version, should i install it ? The motherboard is the MSI B650 Tomahawk.

No but i heard literally a million of times to keep chipset drivers always updated

Bios and chipset drivers are different. You can upgrade the bios it wont hurt (unless you have a power outage during the update) but its not necessary

From AMD site, those from MB manufacturer's site are almost always behind because it's AMD that sends them to them, they have to be checked, tested and maybe reworked to suit manufacturers needs.
Unless you also upgrade BIOS it may not even be necessary to have them up to date,

Some BIOS versions may require chipset drivers to be installed even prior to flushing it.
