I mean, if you want to save a few cents a year, go for it. Otherwise, leave it on - if the computer isn't demanding power, the PSU isn't bothering to provide it, so there's no realistic risk of wear/tear or damage.

If something below 5W is important to you, you can turn of your PSU completely.
I unplugged my whole PC, monitors, etc. only If I have to leave home for more than 3 days.

No need to turn PSU off regularly - - - just unplug PC from wall socket if going away for a few days.
