[SOLVED] Should I turn off or on HDMI Link Assurance on my RX 570 GPU?

I wonder what HDMI Link Assurance does because i am wondering if I should disable it or not. I am currently using my HDMI 2.0 cable for my GPU.

It has a description in the radeon settings. It lowers the link speed to avoid link problems. Unless you are having display problems leave it off.
