[SOLVED] Should i update my bios ?

I have a Gygabite B85-HD3 motherboard and after stumbling upon some subjects on bios updates i found out that my bios is out of date and the newest version updates CPU microcode for win10 support with Pentium AE

So i want to know if i should update bios since i've never done it before and whether bios updates are beneficial for PC performance. And also if yes then i would like to know how to do it

If you aren't having any issues , no use in updating the BIOS.
