Should I upgrade GPU?

Is it worth me upgrading from my current GTX 670 to a 760ti or a 960. Do you think it is worth it, and if so which should I get?

Unless you're upgrading to at least an r9 380X I'd say not worth.

But I've noticed a huge price gap and I was thinking that I could sell my current card and buy a newer card and some other things like a new monitor.

No, neither of them cards would be a significant improvement. The 960 is around 680 performance, and the 670 was only a small amount slower than the 680.

970 minimum for an upgrade IMO.
