I'm currently upgrading from ryzen 3 2300x to ryzen 5 5600 and I have gtx 1070 ti. Should I upgrade to rx 6600 xt(380€) or stick with 1070 ti and upgrade to rx 6700 xt/6800/xt in about 4-6 months.

New cards will be releasing so you may want to wait. You might consider doing a cpu and psu upgrade now, then you can upgrade gpu in a few months. For cpu maybe look at the 5600x or 5700x. However be sure to to check with your motherboard manufacturer to make sure it will support a newer cpu.

i'm getting better mbo and probably ryzen 5 5600 maybe 5700x(a little bit out of budget) and i'm thinking to get corsair txm850w for future upgrades if I won't buy rx 6600 xt now

psu recommendations if you know any.

1070ti is around Vega 56~64 level. 6600xt is about 20~30 fps uplift depending on game. 10fps~ more from 6700. 6800 just destroys so if you can wait probably go with 6800.

What motherboard do you have now? If it’s an am4 board that will support a ryzen 5000 series I wouldn’t waste the money to upgrade the board. I’m running a 5800x and a 5700xt on an older b350 board from about 2017. So if you can, use the older board then you can put more money into the cpu or gpu. Sure my boards only supports pci e 3.0, but stuff I’ve seen shows very little if any gain from pci e 3 vs 4 at least on the 6600xt.

I'll be giving cpu, mbo and ram to my sister for school and some light gaming so I need new mbo but thougt to cut cost with b450 pro4-f for 75€, would you consider ryzen 7 5700x better buy for next 2-3 years instead of 5600?
ryzen 7 5700x(225€) is 60€ more than 5600(165€) so I'm sceptical if it's worth it

It is 2 extra cores. It’s up to you. Since you’ll be giving the other system away you may also consider an Intel system with a 12th or 13th generation cpu. They should be a little faster and in the USA are close to the same price as am4 depending what you get. Something like a b660 board and an i5 12400 would probably be a decent value pick for example. But I’m typically someone who buys amd so one of the other folks can give better advice there.

i5 12400f is about 40-50€ more than ryzen 5 5600 and b660 are more expensive than b550 too

It really depends on what resolution you game at. If you game at 1080p, just get the RX 6600/6650 XT and be done with it. Those cards will give you a performance uplift of 40% on average and are even decent at 1440p in a lot of modern games. If your display is 1080p, then the RX 6600 XT would be exactly what I would get if I wanted to upgrade and I'd keep it around for several years.

Upgrading to the RX 6700/6800 XT wouldn't be worth it if your monitor is 1080p/60Hz (like most are) because you wouldn't see any difference in gaming performance as you'd be limited by your display. Even at 1440p, the RX 6600 XT's 1% minimum across 12 games tested is 72FPS.

There would be very little reason to upgrade beyond the RX 6600 XT anytime soon.

Any of those GPU's would be bored, waiting on an old Ryzen 3 2300x. Their 1070ti probably is too. They should see a significant increase, to .1% and 1% lows, just with the CPU upgrade alone. This time, the CPU is what needs upgraded first. 4c/4t gaming is dead.

I wrote that I'm upgrading to ryzen 5 5600 in post. But decided I'll get ryzen 5 7600x instead and found rx 6700 xt for a good price, whole build is about 1100€
